These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 91kiss ("91kiss", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online entertainment platform accessible at https://91kiss.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 91kiss platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or using any support service offered by 91kiss, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You are registering only one (1) account in your own name. The creation of accounts in false names or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Your use of the platform is solely for lawful entertainment purposes, and your funds originate from legitimate, legally sourced income.

When registering a 91kiss account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. If 91kiss discovers that a player has created or is operating multiple accounts — whether through the same or different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be suspended. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be void and forfeited. Deposited funds in excess of the original deposit amounts may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account will be attributed to you, regardless of whether it was performed by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 91kiss support immediately via live chat.

91kiss operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method before your first withdrawal is approved. KYC documents are processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the 91kiss platform is subject to the following general conditions, which apply at all times:

91kiss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer. All transactions are processed in MYR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by 91kiss on standard MYR transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. Players are advised to check current limits within their account settings.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. 91kiss does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard MYR transactions.

The following conditions must be satisfied before any withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been met in full
• Your account must be in good standing with no open disputes, security flags, or compliance reviews
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where required by anti-money laundering protocols

91kiss offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multi-accounting, collusion, or abuse of the referral programme will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and derived winnings.
• Each player is entitled to claim each type of welcome or first-deposit bonus once only, regardless of how many accounts have been created (where duplicate accounts are identified, bonus claims will be voided).
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the valid period will be removed from the player's account.
• 91kiss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in the process of wagering will be honoured under the original terms.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates (or not at all) toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in promotion-specific terms.
• The maximum bet size while wagering through bonus funds may be restricted. Bets placed in excess of the maximum permitted wager during an active bonus will result in the bonus being voided.

All bets placed on the 91kiss platform — across sports betting, live betting, slots, live dealer tables, poker, and all other game categories — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once confirmed and accepted by the system, bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming your wager.
• All betting outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems for casino games and by actual sporting event results for sports betting markets. 91kiss does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that prevents the completion or accurate recording of a game or wager, 91kiss reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• For sports betting markets, 91kiss follows standard industry settlement rules. Markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sporting body. Queries regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event's conclusion.
• Odds and lines for sports betting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and UFC markets, may change prior to an event starting. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds at which your wager will be settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per single bet and per event. These limits are stated on the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport, market type, and player account tier.

91kiss is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. • Registering more than one account on the 91kiss platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity through the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the platform's software for financial gain
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 91kiss staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 91kiss platform, software, or content without written authorisation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 91kiss shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the platform
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform's software or infrastructure that affect game outcomes or transaction processing
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, RTP figures, or promotional content
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including banks and e-wallet operators outside of 91kiss's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 91kiss's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

All content on the 91kiss platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, game content, promotional materials, graphics, text, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 91kiss or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of 91kiss.

91kiss collects and processes personal data from players for the purposes of account management, KYC identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and customer support. These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms. All disputes relating to betting outcomes, account decisions, or bonus settlements will be reviewed by 91kiss's compliance team, whose written decision shall be final and binding on both parties in respect of operational matters.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by private agreement.
